48 Volt DC Voltage Monitoring Relay Electric control system CE / CCC Cetificayion
Overvoltage protection: When the fault voltage exceeds the
protection setting value, a trip command or overvoltage signal is
issued.
Low-voltage protection: When the fault voltage is lower than the
protection setting value, a trip command or low-voltage signal is
issued.
Overvoltage protection
Overvoltage refers to any voltage whose peak value is greater than
the corresponding peak value of the maximum steady state voltage
under normal operation. In engineering, it refers to any dangerous
voltage that may cause damage to the equipment. Therefore, in the
project, some overvoltages that are larger than the normal
operating voltage but are not enough to endanger the normal
operation of the equipment are excluded. Overvoltage includes:
(1) Transient overvoltage, duration of milliseconds or less, is the
main protection target for lightning arresters.
(2) Transient overvoltage or short-term overvoltage, the duration
is relatively long, generally between 0.1s and 1s.
The sources of transient overvoltages are: lightning strikes,
switching operations, electrostatic discharges, and nuclear
explosions. At the communications station, lightning overvoltages
or lightning overvoltages are predominant.
Transient overvoltages mainly include: over-voltage transfer,
zero-off over-voltage, over-voltage resonance over-voltage and
over-voltage caused by the drift of the neutral line. In addition,
capacitive effects, unbalanced ground faults, and sudden load dumps
on no-load lines can also create dangerous overvoltages.
